Kelly Mantle, transrodna osoba koja je glumila u šestoj sezoni TV serije „RuPaul’s Drag Race“, postala je prva osoba u povijesti dodjele Oscara koja je nominirana u obje kategorije, muškoj i ženskoj.
Mantle igra ulogu transrodne prostitutke u filmu „Confessions of a Womanizer“, redatelja Miguela Alija.
